Job Description
EPIC PB Application Analyst II
Boston Medical Center (BMC)
• Provide support to assigned customers in defining or designing business processes • Identify enabling technologies based on customer requirements • Research and provide information on technical trends • Consult with subject matter experts and develop alternative technical solutions • Manage interdependencies between multi-system solutions • Document project plans and coordinate implementation resources • Conduct business process analyses and needs assessments • Participate in an on-call customer support rotation
Job Requirements
- Associate's degree (or equivalent combination of formal education and experience)
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- EPIC Resolute PB Certification required
- At least 2+ years relevant experience in business systems analysis or business unit experience working closely with IT
- Knowledge of the assigned business area’s products and processes
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to express complex technical concepts
- Understanding of project management concepts in planning and implementing multiple projects
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Ability to solve problems spanning multiple environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
