• Partner with executive leadership to develop and lead comprehensive, multi-year enrollment strategies aligned to university-wide goals. • Drive integrated planning efforts across marketing, student response, admissions, and financial aid to ensure growth, equity, and fiscal sustainability. • Use predictive analytics, scenario modeling, and competitive intelligence to guide institutional strategy. • Architect and execute operational transformation initiatives, including modernization of CRM systems, workflow automation, and workforce management tools. • Lead cross-departmental initiatives to streamline the student journey and ensure scalability of processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Higher Education Administration, Business, or a related field is required
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership in enrollment, admissions, or related student service areas.
- Demonstrated experience leading strategic initiatives across multiple functional areas at a senior leadership level.
