Job Requirements
- 1+ year of Customer Service experience (Helpdesk experience preferred)
- Background in restaurant or call center environments
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Solid typing skills and working knowledge of Windows OS
- Reliable broadband/fiber internet and access to a backup work location
- Networking experience a plus
- AAS in electronics tech or computer science a plus
- A+ or Microsoft certifications a plus
- Fluent in French (written and spoken)

Incident & Ticket Management - Open, manage, prioritize, and resolve ServiceNow tickets related to POS, fuel, network, and store system issues. - Ensure accurate documentation, timely status updates, and proper escalation when required. - Maintain high standards of customer service while supporting store personnel and operational teams. System Deployment & Maintenance - Deploy system and application updates using BigFix, including: - Windows updates - CrowdStrike deployments - Security patches - Production fixes - Validate deployments using Technology Assurance (TA) tools, system health checks, and application/log reviews. - Perform ongoing system housekeeping, maintenance routines, and operational checks using logs, monitoring tools, and Microsoft products.
