Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; relevant trade or technical experience may be considered
- Minimum 5 years of business development or sales experience within the plumbing, hydronics, or construction industry
- Demonstrated success in opening new accounts and developing long-term client relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Salesforce experience preferred
- Must hold a valid driver’s license and be able to travel up to 50–60% within the region

This is new territory for the organization, and FMX is looking for a Partnership Program Manager with proven experience building and scaling integration partner programs to serve as the internal subject matter expert and establish a repeatable, high-quality partnership motion.
