Job Requirements

  • A Master’s degree in Life Sciences (e.g., Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Immunology, Genetics, Chemistry, Virology) forms the academic foundation for this role; a PhD is a plus
  • Extensive professional years of experience in senior technical sales, workflow consulting, application support, or presales within a scientific or technical environment are essential
  • Experience of new business development, growing and maintaining customers, develop and monitor sales pipeline
  • A demonstrated hunter mindset with a strong track record of identifying, advancing, and winning new opportunities is expected
  • Hands‑on technical expertise — including demos, trials, and customer evaluations — is a core part of the position
  • Strong consultative communication skills enable clear articulation of both technical and commercial value to diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and structured sales processes, combined with disciplined documentation practices is required
  • Willingness to travel more than 50%, with a strong focus on external customer engagements, is integral to the role
