Account Executive

NewRocket

• Partner with ServiceNow and our clients to understand business challenges and identify solutions. • Serve as a trusted advisor for clients, demonstrating deep product knowledge of how ServiceNow can impact their strategy and roadmap. • Identify new business prospects through individual efforts and through leveraging our inside sales team as well as marketing campaign efforts. • Understand our service delivery team, creating strong relationships throughout the sales and delivery lifecycle. • Stay up to date on all things ServiceNow through attending conferences, meetups and industry related events. • Create outlined deal strategies per opportunity, ensuring alignment with ServiceNow and the NewRocket service delivery team. • Ensure accurate reporting through timely updates within our CRM, Salesforce.

Job Requirements

  • C-suite gravitas, ability to hold conversations, speak to value, outcomes and solutions.
  • Be the customers advocate, ensuring joint success.
  • Self-starter who can operate and deliver results through methodoical and disciplined ways of working
  • Skilled at aligning strategies and gaining consensus at the C-suite.
  • An eye for continuous improvement, as we develop our EMEA sales team we will look for input on how to be more effective – always striving to deliver the best to our clients.
  • Disciplined approach to pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Ability to forge strong business relationships and connect with individuals across the ServiceNow eco-system.
  • Demonstrated experience selling services and managing longer deal cycles.
  • Strong preference for a knowledge of ServiceNow, having previously sold services.
