Senior Field Engineer
Curtiss-Wright Corporation
• Develop and deliver presentations detailing Curtiss-Wright products and solutions to customers; • Discuss how Curtiss-Wright products could be used to solve the customer’s problems. • Capture and analyse the customer’s requirements, identify candidate solutions, and discuss with Business Units (BUs) to produce a compelling and interoperable solution. • Develop technical architectures, discussion documents, and technology presentations in support of customer engagements for both internal and external reviews. • Work with Business Units (BUs) to produce a solution; Discuss and refine with the customer ahead of final proposal. • Perform analysis of competing solutions to ensure that the strengths and weaknesses of the Curtiss-Wright solution are understood and a compelling offer is being made. • Work with the Bid Support Teams and Business Units to prepare a winning proposal meeting the technical needs of the customer. • Develop & maintain strong face to face relationships with customers that will necessitate overseas travel when required (likely, a few times a month). • Review of new product designs from Business Units and solicitation of market feedback from the customer base to support the Business Unit development plans. • Develop strong working relationships with Product Marketing Managers in the Business Units. • Assist Product Marketing Managers defining new product by reviewing new product proposals and providing market feedback. • Serve as company expert in providing the highest-level technical support for customers. • Have good communication skill to convey technical requirements and technical support.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of a Degree, or equivalent, in Electronic Engineering / Computer Science.
- Technical Sales Experience (Pre-sales preferred).
- The ability to work independently and with minimal supervision, as well as sharing a team vision and executing towards a common goal.
- An analytical mind and demonstrated problem solving ability.
- Curious mindset with genuine interest in technology and the aerospace & defense market.
- Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to foster strong relationships.
- Exceptional time and task management skills.
- Professional attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to deliver results.
- Willingness to travel internationally (40% on average).
- Good communication skill to convey technical requirements and technical support.
- Generalists valued; relevant domain or technology area of expertise desirable.

• Naprawa i konserwacja maszyn RVM. • Serwis, prace prewencyjne oraz czyszczenie maszyn RVM. • Montaż, instalacja i demontaż maszyn RVM. • Optymalizacja i ustawienie sprzętu w poszczególnych placówkach klientów. • Regularne wizyty u klientów zgodnie z przypisanymi zadaniami. • Czynności administracyjne i operacyjne w tym zamykanie zleceń w systemie, obsługa części zamiennych, logistyka wewnętrzna. • Współpraca z działem pomocy technicznej w celu rozwiązywania problemów związanych z pracami serwisowymi i przypisanymi zadaniami. • Udział w różnych interesujących projektach.
• Maintain and service all AGI fertilizer equipment, software and controls • Train customers and assist with system start up, final installation and setup • This is a travelling role – up to 90% at times
• Responsible for ongoing maintenance and repair of contracted and non-contracted generator and power distribution equipment • Provide technical support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects • Daily travel with independent work structure • Provide 24x7 “on-call” services as required unless on PTO or Off Call • Maintain and safeguard company issued equipment, tools, and instruments • Battery installations and replacements • Perform required preventative maintenance service to equipment under contract as scheduled • Customer contact and interface • Communicate availability status to corporate office • Use of electronic and electrical test equipment as necessary • Coordinate and manage all on-site subcontractors hired by PSS as necessary • Complete all paperwork, including Field Service Reports, Time Sheets, Expense Reports, and other job required reports timely and accurately
