Job Summary: The Director of Operations (MES/HTS) will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless and efficient delivery of services, maintaining compliance with client service level agreements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance organizational performance. This is a vital, client-facing, team-supporting role within the highly effective global team that operates and enhances the Medicaid Management Information System ***This position is remote*** Responsibilities: - Coordinates and directs the day-to-day Medicaid Management Information System business operations and directly oversees maintenance and operations activities. - Directs Operations functional teams across the MMIS business and works independent of supervision. - Provides highly strategic direction across multiple programs. Works independent of supervision. - Oversees programs with a typical team size of 35 resources with an annual budget and oversees direct reports within the operations. - Oversees compliance to Service Level Agreements, includes monitoring and tracking client specific SLAs to ensure SLAs are met. As such, in cases where a Bachelor's degree is typically required, the company will accept a minimum of six (6) years of directly relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree.
