• Manage international shipments end-to-end across various transport modes (air, sea, road, or rail), ensuring timely and efficient delivery. • Coordinate with clients, carriers, and third-party logistics providers to ensure seamless cargo movement. • Maintain up-to-date and accurate data on the digital platform to keep clients informed about their shipments. • Monitor shipment progress, proactively addressing delays or disruptions to ensure customer satisfaction. • Produce and review all necessary shipping documentation, including Air Waybills (AWBs), CMRs, Bills of Lading, and other transport-specific documents to meet regulatory and client requirements. • Provide clear and timely communication with clients, offering updates, solutions to challenges, and responding to inquiries. • Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies across all modes of transport. • Identify opportunities to optimise operational processes and enhance supply chain efficiency for clients. • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, improve service quality, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. • Provide insights and feedback on client operations to help shape supply chain strategies that drive competitive advantage.

• Collaboration with the Senior Data Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes that support internal reporting and embedded analytics. • Partner with the data analysts to understand data needs, assisting in the creation of dashboards, reports, and KPIs. • Design and build data solutions to support reporting, analytics, and business insights for supply chain solutions. • Ensuring high data quality, integrity, and security across the different data solutions. • Participate in building dashboards and visualisations to communicate insights to stakeholders clearly and effectively. • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, improving data flow efficiency and performance. • Evaluate and recommend improvements in our data tools, architecture, and practices, focusing on long-term scalability and adaptability. • Support in designing, building, and maintaining advanced data models and data warehouses. • Writing, optimising, and reviewing SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.

• Ensure all customer requirements are understood and translated into the SOP • Work with Solutions Team to build requirements into platform Workflows • Monitor requirements vs. KPIs on Thoughtspot dashboards • Drive weekly calls with customers • Support onboarding of new customers • Identify customer characteristics to map against operational opportunities

• Ensure all customer requirements are understood and translated into the SOP • Origin booking requirements • Intake requirements • Warehouse / DC requirements • Consolidation requirements • SLAs (Dwell, response time, etc…) • Work with Solutions Team to build requirements into platform Workflows for FOPs • Ensure FOPs are empowered and enabled with customer requirements • Monitor requirements vs. KPIs on Thoughtspot dashboards and identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer sentiment • Drive weekly calls with customers to playback progress of optimisations initiatives & triage escalations. (Shipment review related calls will be owned by FOPs) • Supporting the onboarding of new customers (SOPs, SLAs, POAs etc) • Own enablement of operational aspects of “TO-BE process flows” • Identify customer characteristics to map against operational opportunities
