Role Description The Enterprise Architect serves as a senior technical leader and trusted advisor, responsible for aligning enterprise technology strategies with business objectives. This role partners closely with customers, business leaders, and internal teams to design scalable, secure, and innovative architectures that drive transformation, improve operational efficiency, and deliver measurable business value. Leveraging deep expertise in Collaboration, CX, Enterprise Networking, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts, the Enterprise Architect develops forward-looking technology strategies and solution designs that address complex business challenges. This includes identifying opportunities where intelligent automation, analytics, and emerging technologies can enhance decision-making, optimize operations, and improve customer and employee experiences. • Design and evolve the end-to-end architecture for Workday and adjacent enterprise platforms • Define and socialize standards for configuration, security, reporting, and integrations • Own integration patterns and data design standards across systems • Build reusable documentation for technical and non-technical partners • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on platform strategy and architectural direction

• Lead the Porting Effort: Take Ownership of porting our existing ASIC RTL to the AMD Alveo V80 • Ensure the design is scalable, parameterizable, and optimized for the Versal HBM architecture • Architect the RTL to support a unified codebase for both FPGA and ASIC targets • Implement abstractions for memory, clocking, and resets that allow for seamless migration between programmable logic and custom silicon • Optimize the CKKS FHE data path, including: NTT, KeySwitching, and Base Conversion to exceed the performance of state-of-the-art GPU implementations • Use the FPGA platform as an iterative testbed to validate code and architectural improvements for future generations of our hardware • Resolve the current team's challenges with debugging and toolchain experience • Implement robust hardware debugging strategies using Vivado Hardware Manager, ILA cores, and Vitis emulation flows • Take full responsibility for achieving timing closure on high density Versal designs • Optimize the design for resource utilization (LUTs, DSPs, URAM) and power efficiency • Architect and tune the Versal Programmable Network-on-Chip (NoC) to prioritize high bandwidth data movement between HBM2e and the PL fabric • Initially lead backend and frontend engineering efforts, then assist in hiring and technical leadership of a multi-disciplinary team (Backend, Frontend, DevOps, Customer Support) to support growth from 5 pilot users to thousands of concurrent users • Ensure the infrastructure meets enterprise-grade standards from day one, preparing the platform for HIPAA, SOC2, and GDPR compliance

• Partner with enterprise sales, pre-sales engineers, and delivery teams to define and design tailored service solutions (Professional and Managed Services) for large, complex customer environments • Lead the services discovery process, identifying customer objectives, technical requirements, and operational constraints • Architect comprehensive services proposals that include deployment, migration, integration, adoption, and lifecycle management components • Design Managed Services models that include monitoring, proactive maintenance, optimization, and ongoing technical management • Build detailed Statements of Work (SOWs), service definitions, and solution blueprints that align with customer expectations and internal delivery capabilities • Collaborate with Product Management and Operations to standardize and scale repeatable service offerings while maintaining flexibility for customization • Provide subject matter expertise during customer presentations, executive reviews, and proposal negotiations • Ensure service solutions are technically sound, financially viable, and operationally deliverable • Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, guiding them through service transformation and managed services adoption • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, frameworks (ITIL, ISO, etc.), and emerging technologies to ensure service innovation and competitive differentiation
