Role Description The Enterprise Architect serves as a senior technical leader and trusted advisor, responsible for aligning enterprise technology strategies with business objectives. This role partners closely with customers, business leaders, and internal teams to design scalable, secure, and innovative architectures that drive transformation, improve operational efficiency, and deliver measurable business value. Leveraging deep expertise in Collaboration, CX, Enterprise Networking, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts, the Enterprise Architect develops forward-looking technology strategies and solution designs that address complex business challenges. This includes identifying opportunities where intelligent automation, analytics, and emerging technologies can enhance decision-making, optimize operations, and improve customer and employee experiences.
