• Lead & drive our largest and most complex DT programs, showing up with an entrepreneurial sense of urgency and ownership, as if you were investing your own money in the program’s results • Understand and support the Strategic Vision of the organization and ensure strategic alignment as a trusted advisor • Foster trust and cultivate a collaborative partnership with digital and functional executive sponsors, ensuring a deep understanding of their strategic priorities & perspectives to drive alignment and shared success • Ability to seamlessly navigate the political landscape amongst senior leaders in the function and DT • Oversee all the normal PM fundamentals: project schedule, key decisions, resources, financials, requirements, issues, risks, dependencies • Drive the program’s delivery cadence and maintain momentum and accountability, blending agile & waterfall techniques as needed • Continuously demonstrate progress, provide status reports/briefings • Create compelling materials to effectively communicate with senior/executive leaders the value delivery story for the program • Efficiently shepherd your programs through our phase-gated project governance framework • Maintain the team’s focus on critical cyber, architecture, and compliance artifacts and secure relevant approvals at each gate • With grit and tenacity, attack complex issues and challenges for your program • Initiate and skillfully navigate tactful executive escalations to drive critical decisions while preserving trust, maintaining relationships, and fostering a constructive path forward • Participate in efforts to continuously enhance and mature our PM services while evolving our value management capabilities • Ability to travel ~20% within US

Job Requirements

  • Typically a university degree and 12 years prior relevant experience OR an Advanced Degree in related field and minimum 10 years of experience OR an absence of a degree, 15+ years of relevant experience is required
  • 8+ years of experience with program management oversight of DT software development or infrastructure initiatives
  • Proven experience managing large scale programs involving complex enterprise systems, such as ERP, Payroll, Data Repository, or Engineering systems
  • Demonstrated ability to interface and collaborate with concurrent Enterprise programs, managing dependencies, resources, and schedule
  • 3+ years of experience building and managing schedules in MS Project

Role Description Reporting to the Regional Medical Leader, clinicians function as integral members of the Eleanor Health treatment team. In order to be considered for employment, candidates must have experience prescribing MAT in the past. This is a remote role and a full-time position at Eleanor Health. To get you started faster, we work with Vista Staffing Agency to employ new team members as locums for 30–90 days. Being a locum means you’re working temporarily through Vista, so you can see community members right away while finishing Eleanor Health’s credentialing. Role Description The Department of Community Health is seeking qualified candidates for the Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Program and Policy Manager position within the Medical Assistance Plans (Medicaid) Division. This position leads the forward-looking development and oversight of programs and policies governing the delivery of ASD services, including those that support individuals with ASD. - Report to the Behavioral Health and Member Services Director activities, initiatives, and escalating risks, issues, or concerns. - Serve as DCH’s subject matter expert on ASD, associated treatments, treatment provider field, and state and national ASD best practices. - Collaborate extensively with the Behavioral Health Manager and other Behavioral Health Staff on program, policy, and member needs initiatives. - Oversee the development and implementation of ASD policies and procedures. - Serve as policy owner and knowledge expert for all aspects of Policies and Procedures for Autism Spectrum Disorder. - Responsible for audit exceptions review and directs corrective actions. - Cultivate ASD provider relationships and oversee the quality of ASD service provision for CMO and FFS members. - Coordinate with the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities ASD staff. - Interface with external clinical consulting entities on ASD service delivery strategies. - Provide ASD service delivery program and policy oversight to the CMOs and FSS population. - Act as the point of communication and customer service for member families in need of ASD services. - Supervise, plan, and review work of assigned staff and provide feedback. - Interview, hire, direct, train, evaluate the performance of, and when necessary, discipline and discharge employees.
