Senior Sales Manager – Access Control, RFID Solutions

• Driving new business in the Access Control ecosystem (approx. 75% Hunting / 25% Farming) across the UK (~3/4) and Nordics (~1/4). • New Business Development (Hunting ~75%) – You identify, approach and win new customers in the Access Control environment (integrators, manufacturers, ecosystem partners) – from first contact to closing. • Customer Development (Farming ~25%) – You further develop selected existing accounts through cross- and upselling. • Sales Ownership – You manage the full sales cycle, including stakeholder management, negotiations and contract closure. • Pipeline & Territory Management – You own your pipeline (Salesforce) and steer your activities towards clearly defined revenue targets. • Market & Ecosystem Development – You identify and prioritize key players and systematically expand ELATEC’s footprint within the Access Control landscape. • Internal Collaboration – You work closely with Technical Sales, Product Management and Marketing to win and implement customer projects. • Market Intelligence – You continuously monitor market developments, competitors and new application areas.
Job Requirements
- Access Control Experience & Network – 5+ years in the Access Control industry combined with an existing network of integrators and/or manufacturers.
- New Business Track Record – Proven success in acquiring new customers and closing deals in B2B solution sales.
- Sales Execution Skills – Strong capability to manage complex sales cycles, including multi-stakeholder decision processes.
- Commercial Mindset – Clear focus on hunting, revenue ownership and achieving sales targets.
- Technical Understanding – Solid understanding of Access Control ecosystems and technical solution selling.
- Location & Language – Based in the UK (with native-level English; additional European languages are a plus, but not necessary).
- Mobility & Flexibility – Willingness to travel mainly within the region (UK & Nordics) as well as occasionally internationally (e.g. HQ, trade fairs).
