• Oversee the architectural design process, ensuring the development of innovative, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing design solutions • Champion design excellence and creativity, fostering a design-driven culture within the organization • Lead the architectural design management aspects of integrated projects • Provide strategic direction and technical expertise to project teams • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of engineers, designers, and technical specialists • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on architectural design-related matters

• Architect and lead enterprise-scale integrations within the Adobe digital marketing platform • Mentor delivery consultants and review delivery designs • Lead project execution reviews and establish delivery inspection mechanisms • Collaborate with senior Adobe leaders to accelerate innovation and improve methodologies

• Architecture development & optimization • Planning, design and continuous optimization of the technical architecture of our IP backbone • Integration of new IP backbone functions into a complex systems landscape • Technology analysis & innovation • Evaluation and assessment of new technologies such as NFV, SDN and orchestrator solutions • Ensuring a high-performance, automated and future-proof IP backbone • Technical coordination and support of projects at national and international levels • Balancing innovation, time-to-market and sustainability • Close alignment of architecture designs and derivation of solution concepts within an interdisciplinary team • Technical negotiations with vendors and service providers, taking economic aspects into account

• Serve as a mentor and technical resource to Pierce Washington software engineers in the implementation of their projects. • Lead implementation of the solutions across all layers of the technology stack, including front-end DOM, CPQ application platform, webservices, HTTP protocols, network security and user authentication layers. • Translate business and technical requirements into an overall solution that is robust, scalable, and extensible. • Conduct performance tuning and diagnose/resolve obscure technical compatibility issues. • Proactively anticipate technical risks and design/implement error handling and other mitigation techniques to ensure system stability and security. • Improve best practices in terms of code architecture, unit testing, database, and technical designs available to the Pierce Washington engineering team. • Perform quality assurance on large projects, including areas of estimations, design, architecture, and coding. • Participate in and prototyping broader product designs going across modules and projects. • Suggest and implement third party libraries and software in the product. • Responsible for overall performance and scalability of delivered applications and projects.
