• Create and own innovative and reliable Guidance, Navigation, and Control solutions for our autonomous aircraft fleet to drive business impact and commercial success. • Provide expertise in various sensor modalities, including GNSS and inertial systems, and their integration into broader autonomous aircraft systems. • Perform analysis on GNSS sensor data ranging from prototypes to large-scale production operations to inform requirements and designs and implement solutions to improve performance for business impact and commercial success. • Create analyses, establish requirements, write and review design documents, implement code, and perform verification and validation of productionized flightworthy software in MATLAB, Python, and/or C++. • Share deep technical knowledge with the broader team on GNSS and inertial navigation modalities, including design, implementation, verification and validation techniques. • Collaborate cross-functionally between aircraft software, perception, hardware, and test teams. • Develop filtering solutions, such as Kalman Filters and other linear and non-linear filters, to fuse information from a variety of sensor technologies. • Conduct trade studies for sensor and algorithm designs. Perform risk assessments of different types of algorithms as applied to real-world scenarios. • Have ownership and cognisance of systems throughout the entire life-cycle: concept, design, implementation, lab and flight testing and evaluation, fielding, and support.

• Develop, review and execute complex multi-axis CNC programming (3-5 axis) utilizing digital manufacturing techniques • Provide technical mentorship to manufacturing engineers, technologists, and technicians • Ensure effective technology transition from engineering to operations • Identify and implement engineering solutions to reduce cycle times and fabrication costs • Design advanced work-holding to improve legacy and new processes • Technical Leadership: Lead the Global Communities of Practice to develop and publish Standard Operating Procedures, manufacturing guidelines and process maturity matrices across diverse machining applications • Collaborate across global organizations to deploy best practices and drive method and equipment standardization • Support the skill development and mentoring for CAD/CAM software and advanced machining techniques • Strong problem solving and influencing skills to support manufacturing bottlenecks • Ensure manufacturing processes comply with customer specifications and internal quality standards

• Stay current on Google CES advancements, generative AI, and NLP trends to recommend and integrate new capabilities. • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions and accelerators on the Google CES platform. • Ensure delivery excellence and solution scalability by applying best practices and proven technical approaches. • Encourage a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team. • Lead the architecture and development of Google Cloud environments specifically optimized for Gemini Enterprise Customer Experience (GECX) deployments. • Design and implement secure integrations between GECX, Google Cloud AI services and external platforms, including defining and configuring real-time CCaaS audio ingestion methods such as SIPREC and gRPC, as well as mobile applications and web interfaces. • Configure identity and access management (IAM) and secure service accounts to ensure governed access to GECX components.
