Oteemo Inc.
• A Test Manager oversees the entire hardware and software testing lifecycle, ensuring products meet quality and are ready to ship and deploy. • They define testing strategies, manage Quality Assurance teams, allocate resources, and report risks and progress to stakeholders. • Authoring comprehensive test strategies, schedules, frameworks, and methodologies that align with program and organizational testing goals. • Identifying, tracking, managing, and mitigating risks to test and release schedules, and communicating those clearly and frequently to stakeholders • Designing and executing qualification and acceptance testing for multiple concurrent systems and product releases. • Creating and managing test artifacts and reports as needed for system verification and certification • Creating and managing automated test and testing infrastructure, assets, and tooling across multiple testing environments • Coordinating, cataloging, and scheduling testing assets, sites, and locations, and the test tooling and infrastructure at each. • Leading, scheduling, and tasking a team of system test and evaluation engineers
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in systems integration and end-to-end testing for a weapon, combat, or tactical systems.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in systems integration for a Navy tactical system preferred
- At least one year of experience in a scripting language (i.e. Bash, Python, Perl)
- At least one year of experience authoring automated tests in a testing framework (i.e. Selenium, Cypress, Playright, RobotFramework)
- At least one year of experience in at least one programming language (Python, PERL, Javascript, Typescript, Java, C/C++, C#, F#)
- Experience bringing a tactical system through certification preferred
- Experience with development of master test strategies, test plans, and scripts
- Must have experience in the coordination and management of test events in accordance with approved test plans, procedures, and scripts.
- Experience with unit, subsystem, system, system of system, and requirements testing and verification.
- Systems engineering experience with requirement verification, product qualification, and acceptance.
- Experience in Coordination of integration and End-2-End testing across multiple systems
- Must be able to create and track testing metrics as needed.
- Experience with Defect triage and Go/No-Go decision support
- Familiarity and experience in managing enterprise system testing initiatives
- Demonstrates initiative, strong attention to detail, and excellent customer service
- Self-starter able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility and the ability to react to rapidly changing requirements.
- Proven problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to conduct independent research to lead or support the resolution of complex questions and issues.

• Identify consumer cohort trends, and suggest areas to intervene within the customer lifecycle • Work with complex data sets to develop strategic, analysis-motivated consumer pricing and promotions plans • Analyze campaign results to identify drivers of performance and opportunities to iterate on test structure • Partner with our Retention Marketing and Strategy & Operations teams to test and manage multiple consumer promotions across hundreds of geographies across the U.S. • Develop a first-of-its-kind promotions playbook for our lifecycle and Dashpass workstream that aggregates and balances goals between Consumer Marketing-funded, Merchant-funded, and Enterprise Merchant promotions • Partner with BI and Engineering to create ETLs and ensure dynamic events and data are properly routed to our CRM platform • Establish a strong working relationship with cross functional stakeholders in our Retention, Product, Tech & Operations, Analytics and Strategy teams
• Provide support for dealers/contractors to resolve technical issues • Conduct installation and tech support training; • Produce training materials for sessions • Ensure customer satisfaction while meeting departmental goals
• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities • Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address any questions or concerns • Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor • Ensure the seasonal areas of the store are maintained • Perform opening and closing procedures as needed • Process all corporate directives • Maintain promotional effectiveness of store-front fixtures and displays • Assist in ordering merchandise and process damaged merchandise • Maintain areas of the store to company standards • Protect and secure all company assets • Adhere to policies and procedures including safety guidelines • Help the Store Manager supervise, train, and develop Store Associates • Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment
