This important role will work on the PS PMO team and interact with PS Delivery, Operations, and RMO teams to provide day-to-day support primarily related to our Project Governance tools and processes. This will include administration and oversight of a Project Governance program that includes conducting quality and compliance reviews for active client engagements, ensuring adherence to project standards, and identifying critical gaps/issues. In the first three months, you will assume responsibility for compliance reporting. This includes implementing a system to proactively engage with project managers to ensure key project tasks are completed. Within six months, you will have optimized the PM compliance process to improve efficiency and accuracy. You will also work with PMO leadership to refine the overall Project Governance program and begin to own administration and implementation. By the end of your first year, you will independently manage and oversee the Project Governance Program and related reporting. You will work directly with both PMO and PS Delivery leaders to ensure visibility into governance issues and assist with escalation and development of plans to address. • Build positive relationships with customers as primary point of contact for software implementations • Lead and work with technical and business consultants for software delivery • Apply Global PMO methodology, standards, and processes • Manage several projects at different lifecycle stages • Engage with customers and ISW stakeholders, project planning, scheduling, reporting, risk management, and budget

• Own the rhythm of business for the program, including planning, tracking inventory and triage reviews, and running program operations • Work closely with Lead Developer on Offshore team to ensure alignment with development goals • Maintain clear visibility by overseeing daily and weekly reporting on progress, risks, and dependencies, and proactively address issues that may impact delivery • Coordinate work across stakeholders to ensure expectations are aligned and decisions are made in a timely manner • Translate technical work into clear status updates, timelines, and lightweight documentation for technical and non-technical audiences • Track action items, milestones, and deliverables using standard project management and engineering tools such as Azure DevOps or equivalent • Foster a collaborative, accountable team environment that emphasizes quality, predictability, and continuous improvement

• Create sign designs based on client direction and project requirements • Prepare accurate client proofs for review and approval • Make design revisions quickly and efficiently • Produce production-ready artwork and files • Support overflow production design work as needed • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail across all deliverables • Send proofs and design updates to clients • Follow up on approvals, revisions, and feedback • Track project progress and maintain organized workflows • Help move projects through the approval and production pipeline • Coordinate communication between internal teams, customers, and installers to ensure deadlines are met • Assist with installer communication, customer follow-up, approvals, and pricing coordination • Support smooth execution from design through production and installation.
