Job Description

Project Coordinator

Ulteig

• Development and maintenance of system project records, schedules, budget plans and resource plans for Project Managers • Administration of project contracts (including subcontracts), invoices, purchase orders, and change orders • Provide project status updates utilizing Power BI data, Microsoft Dynamis, and Wrike • Coordinate with Project Managers to maintain project data integrity across different systems • Project status, cost, and profitability reporting and analysis • Project cost accounting • Project document organization, control, and management • Coordination and scheduling of project meetings, support of Project Managers • Development of meeting agendas and minutes in support of Project Managers • Coordination of project deliverables in support of Project Managers • Assist Project Managers with other general responsibilities and tasks as delegated

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years professional experience in a related field
  • Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM) Certification preferred
  • Prior scheduling experience with Microsoft Project preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Wrike preferred
  • Demonstrate the ability to be organized and set priorities to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Must be able to prepare clear and concise status updates and reports as required
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work
  • Demonstrate willingness to learn new skills based on type of work assigned
  • Consistently produce results that meet goals, have high work standards, and understand the business environment and processes
  • Achieve results by problem solving, setting priorities and organization
  • Strive for individual excellence by seeking challenges and self-development, demonstrating high levels of expertise, and showing commitment, self-confidence, and integrity
  • Must have strong quantitative skills with ability to design moderately complex spreadsheet solutions, database queries, and other analytical tools.

This important role will work on the PS PMO team and interact with PS Delivery, Operations, and RMO teams to provide day-to-day support primarily related to our Project Governance tools and processes. This will include administration and oversight of a Project Governance program that includes conducting quality and compliance reviews for active client engagements, ensuring adherence to project standards, and identifying critical gaps/issues. In the first three months, you will assume responsibility for compliance reporting. This includes implementing a system to proactively engage with project managers to ensure key project tasks are completed. Within six months, you will have optimized the PM compliance process to improve efficiency and accuracy. You will also work with PMO leadership to refine the overall Project Governance program and begin to own administration and implementation. By the end of your first year, you will independently manage and oversee the Project Governance Program and related reporting. You will work directly with both PMO and PS Delivery leaders to ensure visibility into governance issues and assist with escalation and development of plans to address. Your expertise in governance and compliance will make you a recognized authority within the organization.  Requirements: - Experience with CRM software (Salesforce) - 2 years of relevant experience using enterprise software in a business analysis function. - Experience working with Professional Services teams and creating reports to represent business performance. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to comprehensively and clearly present strategic issues and solutions to senior leadership - Experience with PowerPoint, and providing data and key performance indices for presentations - Strong attention to detail combined with high-level vision - A motivated self-starter with a high energy level - Proven skills at cultivating strong working relationships and working well within a team to learn and share knowledge - Excellent strategic and tactical business skills and a passion for using data to drive better decision making Preferred: - Hands on experience with Certinia PSA Education: - Bachelor's degree or global equivalent experience SailPoint is an equal opportunity employer and we welcome all qualified candidates to apply to join our team.
