Circit
• Define and execute the strategic marketing approach for the United States. • Refine positioning and messaging to resonate with US audit, banking and financial services buyers. • Build brand authority and visibility across key US channels and industry events. • Partner closely with US Sales leadership to drive enterprise pipeline and regional growth. • Define and communicate the global marketing vision aligned to company growth objectives. • Lead and align Product Marketing and Growth Marketing functions under a unified strategy. • Establish clear KPIs, reporting frameworks and accountability across the marketing team. • Represent Marketing at executive level, providing strategic insight and performance updates. • Strengthen Circit’s position as the leader in asset verification infrastructure. • Shape the narrative around real-time verification and audit transformation. • Elevate executive visibility through thought leadership, PR and strategic communications. • Ensure brand consistency and excellence across global markets. • Ensure strong Sales and Marketing alignment across regions and segments. • Support enterprise and account-based initiatives in collaboration with Revenue teams. • Drive clarity and consistency in messaging across auditors, providers and corporates. • Maintain disciplined focus on ROI, competitive positioning and commercial outcomes.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience leading marketing at a high-growth B2B SaaS company (Series B/C or beyond).
- Experience scaling in the United States and understanding US enterprise buyers.
- Strong track record aligning Marketing with Sales in enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated ability to define category positioning and sharpen company narrative.
- Experience leading and developing senior marketing talent.
- Commercial mindset with clear ownership of marketing’s impact on revenue.
- Ability to operate at both board-level strategy and operational oversight.
- Experience in fintech, banking, audit or financial infrastructure is a strong advantage.
