We’ve got an insatiable appetite for making a difference. The Customer Business Manager will be responsible for driving our retail business at ADUSA. This role leads the analysis of customer sales and implementation of effective marketing and promotional programs that drive strong customer partnerships while managing broker relationships to support the excellent sales execution of the Chobani brand. Responsibilities • Ensure delivery of business objectives through distribution, volume, share, promotion execution, new items and spending objectives • Identify and define specific strategic business objectives to maximize sales, share growth and enhanced profitability for the Chobani portfolio • Own the execution and delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives • Deliver profitable territory sales growth and monitor customer performance in order to develop action plans to address challenges and maximize opportunities • Develop Chobani brand portfolios in line with distribution, pricing, merchandising and shelving objectives established for each platform • Manage communications and meetings with customers and brokers to ensure high quality customer service • Utilize customer sales data and category management studies to provide fact-based analysis and deliver business building initiatives • Perform other duties as necessary Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree required • 3+ years sales experience in the CPG industry • Experience using syndicated demographic/sales data in sales presentations • Retail customer experience preferred and ADUSA experience required • Strong and proven leadership qualities with cross-functional exposure / experience • Must be comfortable working with syndicated data • Track record of being highly customer focused, building and maintaining excellent relationships • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects against deadlines • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Knowledgeable of market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies • Willingness to travel • Must live in the East region of the US About Us Chobani is a food maker with a mission of making high-quality and nutritious food accessible to more people, while elevating our communities and making the world a healthier place. The salary range for this full-time position is $85,000.00 - $134,200.00, + bonus + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
