Required Skills & Qualifications - 2+ years of PM experience in B2B enterprise software, preferably within infrastructure or platform technologies. - Ability to analyze market data and trends to foresee opportunities for sizing automation and AI integration. - Experience with or demonstrated passion for applying AI to improve products, tools, and workflows - Proficiency in using customer adoption and success metrics to refine the product roadmap. - Subject matter expertise to drive iterative developments and build deep trust with engineering counterparts. - Demonstrated ability to influence peers and show leadership agility when learning and adapting to new challenges. - Strong ability to translate complex technical architecture into clear, actionable plans for stakeholders. - Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field; MBA preferred. Why Join Us? - Direct Impact: Own a capability that is central to every Rubrik deal and deployment. - AI Innovation: Shape the future of AI-driven sizing for a global community with fast, direct feedback loops. - Growth: High-visibility role with the opportunity to expand into predictive capacity guidance and post-sales expansion sizing.
