Experience You’ll Need: - 7+ years B2B marketing in a leadership role, with field or regional marketing leadership experience in high-growth technology companies. - Deep, first-hand knowledge of the APJ region, its markets, its stakeholders, and how to navigate both. - A track record of building meaningful relationships across sales, partners, and global teams and delivering results through them. - Experience leading integrated marketing programmes in a high growth market, balancing tailored programs with high growth programs to drive demand generation, and deliver a strong through partner marketing motion for scalability. - Strong strategic thinking paired with a hands-on approach and a bias for action. - Compelling communication and influencing skills across cultures, seniority levels, and functions and a leadership style rooted in empathy, clarity, and an ability to bring out the best in others.
