Role Description We are seeking a Technical Talent Operations Lead to spearhead the implementation and scaling of our proprietary platform, hire.thunderjaws.com. Unlike traditional recruiting roles, this position is centered on Deterministic Vetting—moving away from keyword matching toward "Ground Truth" technical evidence. You will architect a vetting engine that provides high-integrity intelligence to Fortune 500 Prime Contractors and federal agencies. Key Responsibilities - Platform Implementation: Lead the operational deployment of hire.thunderjaws.com, ensuring the technical engine translates into a high-ROI experience for enterprise clients. - Data Enrichment Oversight: Manage advanced workflows utilizing TheirStack and Bright Data to map technical hiring signals to executive "Buying Committees". - High-Integrity Vetting: Audit existing processes and implement new procedures in line with CISM and CDPSE data privacy standards. - Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all platform outputs meet NIST SP 800-53 security controls and Section 508 accessibility requirements. - Strategic Reporting: Create detailed reports on "Reduced False-Positive Rates" and "Cost Per Qualified Lead (CPQL)" to demonstrate platform value to senior stakeholders. - Team Leadership: Hire, train, and mentor a department of recruiting professionals to move from resume-scanning to technical intelligence gathering. Qualifications - Demonstrable Leadership: Proven experience managing recruiting or talent operations teams. - Technical Literacy: Familiarity with GitHub-based workflows, PostgreSQL data structures, and CRM data enrichment is highly desired. - Compliance Knowledge: Experience with federal contracting security requirements or enterprise-level data privacy (GDPR/CCPA/CISM context). - Detail-Oriented: Excellent attention to detail, specifically regarding technical verification and audit trails. - Communication: Ability to translate complex "Ground Truth" vetting results into clear "Capability Statements" for executive clients. Role Description We are seeking to add an Independent Contractor to our Field/Driver Training team who will assist with conducting training for drivers operating commercial motor vehicles between 10,001 - 26,000 pounds.
