Recruitment Delivery Intern

Smart Working

• Assist in drafting and formatting executive summaries under guidance, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and adherence to internal quality standards. • Support candidate communication, including availability checks, interview reminders, preparation calls, and status updates. • Share assessments with candidates, track completion, monitor proctoring reports, and escalate access or technical issues when required. • Update and maintain candidate stages, notes, and tags in the ATS to ensure clean and accurate records. • Track interview outcomes and ensure feedback is documented and shared with internal teams in a timely manner. • Support client submissions by verifying that all candidate documentation is complete and client-ready. • Follow Smart Working’s communication tone, quality benchmarks, and internal delivery processes at all times.

Job Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good coordination, follow-up, and time management abilities.
  • Comfortable working with Google Docs, Sheets, and email tools.
  • Willingness to learn ATS platforms and AI tools such as ChatGPT.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Professional, reliable, and responsive in a remote working setup.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Masters of Business Administration (any discipline).
  • 0–1 year of experience (freshers are welcome to apply).
  • Interest in recruitment, HR operations, or talent delivery roles.
  • Exposure to tech hiring or client-facing coordination is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with AI tools or a strong willingness to learn is a plus.

  • High-performing interns may be offered a full-time Recruitment Delivery Consultant role upon successful completion of the internship, subject to performance and business requirements.
  • Interns who complete the internship successfully will receive a Certificate of Completion.
  • Exceptional performers may also receive a Letter of Recommendation based on their contribution and performance during the internship.
