• Pro-active analysis of Digital Engineering and embedded opportunities in the target business lines and identify potential customers • Develop and present the eInfochips value propositions – in Embedded, Firmware, software, IOT, Mobility, AI/ML. Analytics, Cloud Operations and others to the potential customers. • Understanding of Customer digital transformation and Industry technology trends. • Hunt/prospect/call on mid-size and enterprise customers across Western US. • Identify pain points and immediate / tactical needs of assigned customers and make a quick entry into these customers. • Run complete sales process for all opportunities including initial client communication, on-site presentations, proposal creation and submission, negotiation and deal signing. • Drive the closure of contracts and project specific agreements • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets • Achieve prospecting and other sales process goals designed to build an optimal sales pipeline. • Personally develop strong, long-term relationships and referrals with Director & VP level executives at targeted firms.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience selling Engineering Services (ER&D) and Digital Transformation services.
- Fluency: about LLMs, Linux, Cloud infrastructure, and the SDLC.
- Understanding of how GenAI is disrupting traditional engineering (e.g., automated code generation, RAG-based knowledge systems).
- Market Hunter: A proven track record of breaking into new accounts and expanding existing footprints through a relationship-first approach.
- Domain Knowledge: Automation, Cloud Computing, and AI/ML.
- Methodology: Expert-level understanding of Agile Software Development.
- Sales Tools: Mastery of CRM systems and a data-driven approach to pipeline management.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Role Description We are currently seeking an Application Services Specialty Seller who will be responsible for helping us expand our presence in the North American Market. The Application Services Specialty Seller will drive the growth of Custom Application offerings and provide subject matter expertise. This is a remote position with the responsibility of managing 2-3 construction estimators. The senior construction estimators’ position will be responsible for oversight and execution of the estimating process for projects bid and following establish standard procedures, methods, processes, and software requirements for estimating.
