The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time. Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position: Key Responsibilities: - Leadership & Team Development - Lead, coach, and mentor Regional Sales Managers and other sales team members. - Set clear expectations for daily activities, performance standards, and professional development. - Manage time-off requests and scheduling. - Assist VP in overseeing sales budget and travel expenses. - Provide Leadership Development and training to all of our cross functional sales team members. - Sales Strategy & Execution - Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with company goals to accelerate growth. - Plan, execute, and oversee effective sales and marketing initiatives to meet or exceed revenue targets. - Monitor team performance using key metrics and adjust strategies as needed. - Cross-Functional Collaboration - Assist Regional Managers in mentoring Account Managers, Business Development Representatives to ensure a seamless customer and patient experience. - Collaborate with Retail Sales, Marketing, Lab Operations, Finance and Professional Education teams to align efforts and drive results. - Customer & Vendor Relations - Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers. - Support vendor relationships to foster strategic and profitable partnerships. - Operational Excellence - Utilize Salesforce to run reports, analyze data, and track performance. - Partner with Finance to ensure accuracy of commission statements and territory alignment. - Establish financial targets and contribute to budget planning and management.
