Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 year of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry, with a focus on cryptocurrency and CFDs.
- Proven track record in acquiring and managing relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs) or KOLs.
- In-depth understanding of the local financial markets and regulatory environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in both English and local language is crucial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus.
- Familiarity with trading platforms, especially MetaTrader 5 (MT5), and internal trading terminals.
