• Own the annual IPBS marketing roadmap, aligned to global KPIs for acquisition, FTD and retention. • Run deep-dive market intelligence on local competitors, pricing models and trader behaviour to surface untapped segments. • Localise creative, messaging, landing pages and promotional offers so they land in Hindi, English, Urdu, Bengali and Sinhala/Tamil contexts- not just translated, but rewritten for the market. • Design and lead 360 regional campaigns spanning paid digital, organic, creator/KOL, PR, offline events and partner enablement. • Build quarterly GTM plans with clear hypotheses, channel mix, budget allocation and success metrics. • Partner with Product on regionally-relevant features, deposit methods and bonus mechanics. • Act as a link with our Paid Media team in planning and rollout of PPC, Paid Social campaigns, with tight control over CPA and CPL. • Analyse the journey from first touch to registration to second deposit, and ship regional fixes to reduce drop-off. • Design lifecycle campaigns, reactivation flows and bonus/promotion mechanics that keep active traders trading. • Build co-marketing toolkits and campaign-in-a-box assets that the BDM/PAM team can deploy with IBs, affiliates and KOLs. • Manage external media agencies, PR firms, creative shops and freelance localisers across the region. • Work cross-functionally with Compliance, Legal, Product and Sales to ship campaigns that are impactful and legally sound.

• You'll be Product Owner across three surfaces: • CRM — platform, data model, permissions, lifecycle automation. • Partner Product — the cabinet, dashboards, payout logic, and tooling our IBs, affiliates, and KOLs live in. • Marketing Enablement — lifecycle stack, AI agents, and the internal tools BD/AM run on. • You own the roadmap, backlog, specs, and outcomes with a simple goal in view - to grow revenue. • Lead the new CRM rollout and adoption across BD, Partnerships, AM, Marketing, Compliance, Support. • Own the data model, permissions, and the pipe from platform → warehouse → CRM → activation. • Own the IB/affiliate/KOL product experience end-to-end. • Translate partner and BD feedback into a prioritised backlog; ship with engineering. • Build the partner journeys, onboarding, activation, tiering, qualification that turn signups into revenue. • Ship AI auto-funnels: agents that score, personalise, route, draft, and hand off. • Embed AI into daily BD/AM work: prospect intelligence, meeting prep, auto-logged notes, next-best-action, call QA. • Support Acquisition and Retention teams with setting up funnels across email, in-app, SMS, push. • Test, measure, kill what doesn't work. • Report ROI clearly.
