Role Description We are looking for a highly skilled Cold Outreach Specialist who can own the entire outbound pipeline using Instantly.ai — from list building to email execution to booking qualified calls with our CMO. This is not a beginner role. We are looking for someone who understands cold outreach deeply and can generate real business outcomes. Key Responsibilities - Manage and execute cold email campaigns via Instantly.ai - Build and maintain high-quality prospect lists (ICP-focused) - Write, test, and optimize cold email copy for high reply rates - Handle inbox management and lead conversations - Qualify prospects and book calls with our CMO - Continuously improve deliverability, open rates, and conversions - Manage domains, inbox rotation, and email health What Success Looks Like - Consistent flow of qualified leads - High reply and positive response rates - Regular booked calls with decision-makers - Contribution directly to revenue growth Compensation - This is a performance-based role - You will earn 20% commission on every deal closed - Our average client value allows you to earn high monthly income if you perform - Unlimited earning potential with no caps - This role is ideal for individuals who are confident in their ability to generate results and want to be rewarded accordingly. Role Description The Senior Business Development Manager drives sales growth of assigned region in close coordination with WuXi Biology leadership.
