Job Requirements
- 2+ years in SDR, BDR, inside sales, or high-volume customer-facing sales with a top-performer track record (we'll ask for proof)
- Wildly charismatic in writing. Your texts feel like a friend, not a script.
- Fast typist (70+ wpm), fast thinker. You'll juggle 30+ live conversations.
- Comfortable with modern messaging tools and willing to iterate fast
- Hungry, coachable, and competitive
- Bonus points
- D2C / e-commerce / Shopify ecosystem background
- Retail floor experience (Apple, Sephora, Nordstrom personal shopper)
- Hands-on with Postscript, Attentive, Klaviyo, or similar
- Early-stage / founding team experience
