Job Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in process management, business process transformation, operational excellence, or digital enablement
- Hands‑on experience with BPM, workflow, or orchestration platforms (Pega strongly preferred; Appian, ServiceNow, Camunda, or equivalent)
- Proven ability to translate business strategy and operational objectives into executable process designs
- Experience partnering closely with IT and technology teams on digital implementations
- Strong end‑to‑end process design skills with the ability to operate beyond functional silos
- Ability to clearly articulate business rules, decision logic, and workflows
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field

The Role As a Director with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc. This role exists to drive strategic alignment, cultural transformation, and organizational excellence for delivering our Projects.
