• Classification of HS codes for offshore invoices • Raising export customs entry with Australian Customs via Cargowise. • Enter goods receipt data accurately into the ERP system (Pronto). • Match delivery dockets and purchase orders to received items. • Verify part numbers, quantities, and descriptions against purchase orders and packing slips. • Coordinate with warehouse personnel to confirm physical receipt of goods. • Flag and report discrepancies such as overages, shortages, or damaged goods. • Maintain up-to-date records of goods received for audit and compliance purposes. • Support the logistics and procurement teams with inventory tracking and reporting. • Ensure data confidentiality and integrity at all times. • Assist in filing and documentation tasks as required. • Work closely with operations, procurement, purchasing, and other internal teams to ensure that material availability aligns timelines.
Job Requirements
- Customs Broker License
- Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Previous experience in a data entry or inventory support role, preferably in mining, manufacturing, or logistics.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Pronto, Oracle).
- Good communication skills to liaise with suppliers, warehouse staff, and purchasing teams.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
