Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- 2–3+ years of experience in supply planning, analytics, or a related discipline
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI
- Experience writing complex SQL queries and working with relational databases
- Experience using programming languages such as R or Python for data analysis and modeling
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Requirements - Lead carrier RFPs and assign lanes based on cost and service performance. - Analyze consolidated freight rate grids to drive key decision making and forecast freight spend. - Develop tools to analyze freight spend and customer service performance. - Manage inventory across 3PL partners, including freight movement execution against min/max replenishment programs. - Transfer and reconcile inventory within a Cin7 inventory management system. - Own 3PL relationship management including operational troubleshooting, invoice review, and cold chain compliance. - Order processing and shipment workflow management for key direct customers (including EDI/transmissions). - Ensure compliance with retailer requirements (OTIF, labeling, routing guides). - Support co-manufacturing relationship management, including production planning and scheduling. - Build tools to streamline data management and reporting. - Provide general logistics problem-solving and continuous improvement support.
