Role Description The Supply Chain Manager will play a critical role in optimizing logistics strategies and decision-making, developing relationships with 3PLs, freight carriers, and co-manufacturers, and getting product to the customer on-time and in full, while developing KPIs and tracking to measure Evergreen’s success against each function of the role. This position will quickly become an important member of an Operations team that is defining the next era of Evergreen growth with recent innovation and broadened distribution. Strong independent initiative skills are essential, along with collaboration with internal Operations, Sales, and Marketing team members as well as external partners. Qualifications - Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain within the food industry. - Experience delivering results managing a warehousing & logistics network. - Demonstrated experience working with co-manufacturing partners. - Previously managed EDI operations tied to orders, invoices, and ASNs. - Experience working within a Cin7 ERP system preferred. - Excellent communication and relationship management skills. - Self-motivated and autonomous. - Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline. - Ability to travel up to 10% to various manufacturing and supplier facilities. Requirements - Lead carrier RFPs and assign lanes based on cost and service performance. - Analyze consolidated freight rate grids to drive key decision making and forecast freight spend. - Develop tools to analyze freight spend and customer service performance. - Manage inventory across 3PL partners, including freight movement execution against min/max replenishment programs. - Transfer and reconcile inventory within a Cin7 inventory management system. - Own 3PL relationship management including operational troubleshooting, invoice review, and cold chain compliance. - Order processing and shipment workflow management for key direct customers (including EDI/transmissions). - Ensure compliance with retailer requirements (OTIF, labeling, routing guides). - Support co-manufacturing relationship management, including production planning and scheduling. - Build tools to streamline data management and reporting. - Provide general logistics problem-solving and continuous improvement support. • Develop and execute integrated supply chain strategies aligned with company growth objectives • Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes, including demand forecasting, supply planning, and capacity alignment • Collaborate with cultivation and manufacturing teams to align production schedules with demand plans • Translate business forecasts into actionable demand & production plans • Own allocation and supply planning across Flower, Vape, and Edibles/MIP, driving cross-functional planning processes to optimize service levels and overall business performance • Leverage/Build AI-driven planning tools to optimize demand forecasting, inventory positioning, and supply allocation across the network • Own inventory performance across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods with a focus on working capital efficiency • Design and implement strategies to increase inventory velocity while maintaining target service levels and minimizing stockouts • Establish forward-looking inventory targets based on demand variability, production cadence, and shelf-life constraints • Partner with Sales, Operations, and Finance to proactively rebalance inventory across sites and channels to prevent aging and excess • Reduce slow-moving and obsolete inventory through improved forecasting, production alignment, and lifecycle management • Lead and develop supply chain direct report(s), fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Operations, and other teams • Drive alignment between commercial demand and operational execution

• Issue and track purchase orders in the inventory management system. • Manage receipts and maintain accurate log entries as inventory moves through the system. • Reconcile open POs over time — items may come in partially, be substituted, or change over weeks/months. • Handle data loads from multiple sources and allocate costs appropriately. • Respond to third-party inquiries about inventory status (sold, scrapped, leased, consigned). • Maintain exception logs and flag discrepancies. • Support recosting activities and work with the purchasing team to keep records current. • Process additions, removals, and status changes in the inventory system. • Support scrap and change order processing.

This leader will manage the data and analytics function supporting Logistics and Procurement to produce quality analysis, business insights, performance dashboards, business operations reports, and financial reports. - Support logistics and procurement group management to plan and execute the supply chain strategy. - Direct ownership of annual financial business plan processes. - Work closely with sales division business partners and operation team managers. - Manage vendor(s) providing resources for report creation. - Align team with respective PNA sales companies and operational units. - Collaborate with various directors to develop and execute procurement, logistics, and supply-chain strategies. Qualifications - Minimum BA degree in Data Analytics, Business, or Logistics preferred. - 7+ years of progressive supply chain analysis experience. - Supply Chain Operation experience preferred. - Managerial experience in logistics and/or transportation field preferred. - Advanced PC skills – MS Office, Access, PowerPoint, and Excel required. - Good understanding of supply chain including procurement and logistics. - Advanced knowledge and skills for Business Objects preferred. - Experience in master data management and SQL. - Ability to build dashboards in Power BI or Tableau.
