Role Description The Quality Assurance Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety across all portions of Evergreen’s supply chain. This position will quickly become an important member of an Operations team that will be looking to them to develop and lead quality process management efforts across a variety of partners. It is an opportunity to use past learnings and help write the book for Evergreen’s quality programs. Strong independent initiative skills are essential, along with collaboration internal Operations, Sales, and Marketing team members as well as external partners. Key Responsibilities - Develop and lead quality process management efforts with all co-manufacturing sites. - Lead and manage HAACP, GMP, allergen control, and traceability programs to ensure product integrity and regulatory compliance. - Visits to co-manufacturing sites to ensure processes and production are being completed to spec. - Ownership of certification and regulatory compliance & documentation. - Accountability for consumer complaint tracking and complaint trend analysis. - Audit program ownership, both internally and externally. - Oversee the full management of Evergreen’s recall plan and programs. - Establish and maintain testing protocols (microbiological, sensory, and physical) for finished products and process controls. - Supplier quality oversight. - Own 3rd party relationships for microbiology testing, sensory, shelf life, process authority, and other relevant areas. Qualifications - Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance management within the food industry, frozen products preferred. - Proven experience working with co-manufacturing partners. - Strong knowledge of FDA & FSMA regulations and food safety standards. - Excellent communication and relationship management skills. - Experience with quality management systems and software. - Self-motivated and autonomous. - Experience with sensory evaluation and working with sensory consultants. - Bachelor's degree in food science, microbiology, or related field preferred. - Ability to travel up to 30% to various manufacturing and supplier facilities. Role Description The Supply Chain Manager will play a critical role in optimizing logistics strategies and decision-making, developing relationships with 3PLs, freight carriers, and co-manufacturers, and getting product to the customer on-time and in full, while developing KPIs and tracking to measure Evergreen’s success against each function of the role. This position will quickly become an important member of an Operations team that is defining the next era of Evergreen growth with recent innovation and broadened distribution. Strong independent initiative skills are essential, along with collaboration with internal Operations, Sales, and Marketing team members as well as external partners. Qualifications - Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain within the food industry. - Experience delivering results managing a warehousing & logistics network. - Demonstrated experience working with co-manufacturing partners. - Previously managed EDI operations tied to orders, invoices, and ASNs. - Experience working within a Cin7 ERP system preferred. - Excellent communication and relationship management skills. - Self-motivated and autonomous. - Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline. - Ability to travel up to 10% to various manufacturing and supplier facilities. Requirements - Lead carrier RFPs and assign lanes based on cost and service performance. - Analyze consolidated freight rate grids to drive key decision making and forecast freight spend. - Develop tools to analyze freight spend and customer service performance. - Manage inventory across 3PL partners, including freight movement execution against min/max replenishment programs. - Transfer and reconcile inventory within a Cin7 inventory management system. - Own 3PL relationship management including operational troubleshooting, invoice review, and cold chain compliance. - Order processing and shipment workflow management for key direct customers (including EDI/transmissions). - Ensure compliance with retailer requirements (OTIF, labeling, routing guides). - Support co-manufacturing relationship management, including production planning and scheduling. - Build tools to streamline data management and reporting. - Provide general logistics problem-solving and continuous improvement support. Qualifications - 8-12+ years of CPG sales experience, with deep expertise in Club, Mass, or large-format retail. - Proven track record of driving growth with major retailers (Target, Walmart, Costco, Sam’s Club). - Strong strategic mindset paired with hands-on execution ability. - Experience leading broker networks and influencing cross-functional teams. - Deep understanding of high-velocity retail environments, trade strategy, and category management. - Strong analytical capabilities and comfort using data to drive decisions. - Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
