• Serve as a core member of the executive leadership team, partnering closely with the CEO, Board of Directors, and senior leaders on company strategy, growth priorities, and capital allocation • Translate business strategy into financial plans, operating models, and long-range forecasts that support sustainable scaling • Define, monitor, and continuously improve key financial and operational metrics; proactively surface risks, opportunities, and trade-offs • Lead enterprise-wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling, including multi-year strategic plans • Prepare and present clear, compelling financial reporting and insights to the Board, investors, and other stakeholders • Ensure strong financial controls, GAAP-compliant reporting, audits, and adherence to healthcare regulatory and reporting requirements • Oversee accounting operations including AP/AR, monthly and quarterly close processes, and financial statement preparation • Partner with People leadership on compensation strategy, incentive design, hiring economics, and productivity models • Own and optimize the revenue cycle management (RCM) function, ensuring best-in-class collections, payor performance, and cash conversion • Partner with actuarial and clinical leadership to price, model, and manage risk for value-based care and at-risk contracts • Maintain deep oversight of funds flow management under corporate practice of medicine structures • Drive profitability and unit economics across fee-for-service, value-based, commercial, and government payor models • Provide financial leadership for a hybrid care delivery model spanning in-person and virtual services • Lead corporate development efforts, including identifying, evaluating, and executing M&A, partnerships, and strategic investments • Oversee financial due diligence, valuation, deal structuring, and post-acquisition integration • Develop and execute the company’s capital strategy, including equity and debt fundraising • Manage relationships with investors, lenders, auditors, and financial institutions; serve as a primary external financial spokesperson • Champion the use of AI, automation, and advanced analytics across finance, revenue cycle, and forecasting to improve accuracy, speed, and decision-making • Partner with data, product, and technology leaders to embed financial intelligence into operational workflows • Drive modernization of financial systems, dashboards, and reporting to support real-time insights and scalable growth • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance organization • Establish a culture of accountability, rigor, transparency, and continuous improvement

• Primary focus on day-to-day operational support of the Warehouse Financing business • Owns the process of prioritizing and troubleshooting client questions, including communicating status clearly and proactively keeping the client apprised • Produce, maintain, and enforce solution design standards, use of specification templates/documents and solution formation processes • Manage and update key documents to support WFS Clients policies & procedures, service level agreements (i.e., performance metrics) and client deliverables. • Ability to translate term sheets and rules in ProMerit; meet client requirements and deadlines • Create, participate, and provide feedback in prospective client meetings and internal documentation • Manage the day-to-day execution of client needs for onshore clients • Manage time and tasks to Service Level Agreements agreed to with client • Coordinate across functional teams, Warehouse Administration Services, ProMerit implementation and product specialist teams • Communicate professionally and timely with clients via conference calls, Teams and email • Lead client meetings to document business use cases and demonstrate ProMerit functionality • Exhibit ability to process client requests in a timely manner, pro-actively communicate steps to resolve issues and meet deadlines keeping management informed before a timeline expires • Liaise with teammates to ensure seamless coverage of all client requirements • Knowledge share with junior team members to help develop and enhance skills • Other activities as assigned by your manager

• Project manage multi-party M&A transactions • Work closely with senior stakeholders leading engagements • Deliver high-quality financial analysis • Prepare teasers, information memoranda, and other deal materials • Support evaluation of offers and transaction processes • Build and maintain financial models • Conduct valuations and support due diligence processes • Support business development initiatives • Liaise with external advisors (legal, tax, and other partners)

• Assist with the product roadmap for financial reporting features, balancing regulatory changes, customer needs, competitive positioning, and platform scalability • Define multi-quarter feature priorities based on revenue impact, regulatory requirements (ASC 718, IFRS 2), and technical dependencies • Conduct competitive analysis of financial reporting capabilities across equity management and equity accounting platforms • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and key customer stakeholders to identify reporting gaps and deliver best-in-class financial reporting solutions • Write comprehensive PRDs with detailed functional specifications, calculation logic, reporting workflows, edge cases, and acceptance criteria • Define report structures, data models, and calculation methodologies with precision appropriate for financial close and audit processes • Conduct technical review sessions with engineering teams to validate requirements and identify implementation risks before development begins • Partner with Compliance and Legal teams to ensure reporting capabilities meet applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements • Lead discovery sessions with corporate accounting, finance, and equity administration stakeholders to understand reporting pain points and requirements
