Remote Choice
• Project manage multi-party M&A transactions • Work closely with senior stakeholders leading engagements • Deliver high-quality financial analysis • Prepare teasers, information memoranda, and other deal materials • Support evaluation of offers and transaction processes • Build and maintain financial models • Conduct valuations and support due diligence processes • Support business development initiatives • Liaise with external advisors (legal, tax, and other partners)
Job Requirements
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA or equivalent, e.g. SAICA)
- Experience in corporate finance, M&A, or transaction services
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and multiple workstreams
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable working in a lean, high-growth environment
- Exposure to marketing services or technology sectors is beneficial but not essential

Role Description Provides the core component of the DOEHRS-IH enterprise by providing the user community with the ability to manage occupational and environmental health readiness data and actively track chemical and physical hazards for the DoD in support of military operations worldwide (garrison, shore-based, pre-deployment, deployment, and post deployment). The DOEHRS-IH Web Application facilitates the execution of the Industrial Hygiene and Environmental Health business processes, as defined by the DoD Exposure Assessment Model, thus allowing users to capture and report on data in support of the ILER. DOEHRS–IH is a comprehensive web-based Automated Information System (AIS) for assembling, comparing, using, evaluating, and storing: - Occupational exposure information - Baseline medical examination data - Workplace environmental monitoring data - Personal protective equipment usage data - Observation of work practices data - Employee health hazard educational data The integrated DOEHRS-IH solution will provide timely and efficient enterprise access of data and information to users throughout the Department of Defense (DoD), including: - Industrial Hygiene professionals - Environmental Health professionals - Public Health professionals - Radiation Health professionals - Medical Treatment Facility Commanders - Industrial Site Commanders - Lead Agents - Installation Agencies - Others DOEHRS-IH is a key enabling technology within the Force Readiness and Health Assurance (FR&HA) community and is further mandated by Public Law 105-85.
