Role Description Provides the core component of the DOEHRS-IH enterprise by providing the user community with the ability to manage occupational and environmental health readiness data and actively track chemical and physical hazards for the DoD in support of military operations worldwide (garrison, shore-based, pre-deployment, deployment, and post deployment). The DOEHRS-IH Web Application facilitates the execution of the Industrial Hygiene and Environmental Health business processes, as defined by the DoD Exposure Assessment Model, thus allowing users to capture and report on data in support of the ILER. DOEHRS–IH is a comprehensive web-based Automated Information System (AIS) for assembling, comparing, using, evaluating, and storing: - Occupational exposure information - Baseline medical examination data - Workplace environmental monitoring data - Personal protective equipment usage data - Observation of work practices data - Employee health hazard educational data The integrated DOEHRS-IH solution will provide timely and efficient enterprise access of data and information to users throughout the Department of Defense (DoD), including: - Industrial Hygiene professionals - Environmental Health professionals - Public Health professionals - Radiation Health professionals - Medical Treatment Facility Commanders - Industrial Site Commanders - Lead Agents - Installation Agencies - Others DOEHRS-IH is a key enabling technology within the Force Readiness and Health Assurance (FR&HA) community and is further mandated by Public Law 105-85. Qualifications - Solid understanding of applicable commercial technologies including hardware acceleration, and commercial best practices. - Extensive knowledge of Defense Occupational and Environmental Health Readiness System (DOEHRS) application. - Ability to bring day-to-day experience to the subject matter both content and its context for the project. - Ability to communicate to external audience without using jargon. - Trouble-shooting and problem resolution support DOEHRS-IH Mobile. - DOEHRS-IH Data Warehouse (Analytical and Ad Hoc Reporting). - DOEHRS-IH Transactional Ad Hoc Reporting. - U.S. Citizenship required. • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting for the Product & Technology organisation, aligned to strategic priorities and investment roadmaps • Own monthly performance oversight, including results, KPIs and key variance drivers, providing clear executive‑level commentary and forward‑looking insight • Act as a strategic partner to Product & Technology leaders, supporting data‑driven decision making across the portfolio • Lead the development and evaluation of business cases for new investments, partnerships and product initiatives, including scenario analysis and risk assessment • Identify and drive opportunities for cost optimisation, operating efficiency and revenue growth, turning insight into measurable outcomes • Ensure strong financial governance and control, in line with global finance policies, internal controls and capital approval standards • Drive implementation of global finance processes and the target finance operating model within the team • Present clear, compelling financial insights to senior leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders • Collaborate closely with Pearson Finance Services to enable efficient, scalable planning and reporting

• Support and drive execution across multiple retained search engagements. • Build market maps, identify and engage executive-level candidates, lead initial outreach and interviews, and develop candidate assessments. • Ensure rigor and consistency in research, candidate evaluation, and client deliverables. • Contribute to client interactions, including pipeline discussions and search updates.

• Lead group consolidation and month-end close across multiple international entities, ensuring timely, accurate, and well-controlled reporting • Own group management reporting, delivering high-quality monthly reporting packs for senior leadership, Board, and Lenders • Oversee group-level accounting and controls, including intercompany eliminations, FX, and complex technical accounting areas (e.g. capitalization), ensuring compliance with accounting standards • Coordinate global finance stakeholders, acting as the central point of contact between regional teams, auditors, and external advisors • Support group tax and transfer pricing activities, including coordination of filings, intercompany recharges, and maintaining robust documentation • Drive finance process improvements and transformation, leveraging systems to automate processes, improve controls, and enhance reporting insight
