DTC Operations Manager

• Take full ownership of Shopify store operations and customer experience • Eliminate inconsistencies across the site, including broken links, outdated promotions, and conflicting messaging • Standardize shipping, split shipment, and pre-order communication across all touchpoints • Build and document SOPs for all operational workflows • Implement systems and automations that reduce manual work and customer confusion • Respond to customer inquiries via Shopify inbox and social channels • Process refunds, reships, cancellations, and order updates • Triage and resolve support tickets based on urgency • Monitor order flow across Shopify, Base, and Amazon MCF • Audit the website for broken links, incorrect pricing, and outdated promotions • Deliver weekly Shopify performance reports

Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare operations, credentialing, quality assurance, compliance, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in transportation provider credentialing (non-negotiable requirement). - 3+ years of experience with provider data, quality assurance, auditing, or related functions. - Experience in Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) credentialing or a related healthcare field. - Working knowledge of credentialing workflows, file documentation standards, and compliance expectations. - Experience supporting audits, quality reviews, or monitoring activities. - Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Advanced Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.) and proficiency with Adobe for reporting and documentation. - High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Role Description The Director of Global Privacy Operations will be responsible for privacy compliance of the Concentrix group operations on all privacy related compliance issues (e.g., Transfer impact assessments, Data Subjects’ requests, litigations and complaints, etc.). You will report directly to the Concentrix Global Privacy Officer and will manage and be supported by a dedicated team (about 4 people) to endorse your role.
