Learning Content Designer, Developer

• Provides an excellent opportunity for an experienced digital learning professional to join a rapidly growing team • Involved in the design and development of digital learning solutions (eLearning and other digital assets) • Providing some needs analysis (project dependent) • Supporting global markets and teams across a variety of skillsets • Take ownership of designing engaging, interactive, visually stimulating learning content that helps embed and support change • Spearhead the design and development of targeted and effective digital learning solutions and experiences • Manage projects from initiation to completion • Work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to design and, where appropriate, repurpose face-to-face content for a digital environment • Innovate and engage learners by selecting the most appropriate mediums for effective learning experiences • Quality assure own and team content output to ensure the highest standards are consistently attained

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies
  • Proven ability to handle technical or compliance-focused content
  • Ability to conduct needs analysis, requirements analysis, and content writing
  • Demonstrable experience of using Articulate 360 to build high-quality online learning experiences
  • Advanced knowledge in Articulate Storyline
  • E-Learning design and development across a range of formats and modalities
  • Experience in e-learning translations
  • Adobe Suite experience including Illustrator and After Effects
  • A good working knowledge of Adobe Cloud products: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and InDesign
  • Vector and illustration design skills
  • 2D animation experience
  • PDF, poster, and Quick Reference Guide (QRG) design and development
  • Closed caption creation to assist the build and editing of video
  • Video and closed caption translation development
  • Strong visual and content design and development skills
  • Well-developed interpersonal and stakeholder engagement/management skills
  • Strong project and time management skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Innovative and dynamic in approach
