Job Requirements

  • Currently a junior or senior pursuing a degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Strong analytical abilities and a data-first mindset, with a keen interest in performance metrics and campaign reporting.
  • Proven writing experience with the ability to craft clear, compelling, and concise copy optimized for direct response channels like cold outbound and email nurture sequences.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, particularly when managing list segmentation, tracking links, and ensuring data integrity for campaign execution.
  • A genuine passion for demand generation, understanding campaign attribution, and connecting marketing efforts directly to pipeline and revenue.
  • A curious, experiment-driven mindset with a willingness to A/B test messaging, learn quickly, and iterate based on measurable results.
  • Bonus points for any prior exposure to marketing technology (MarTech) systems

Role Description Reporting to the EMEA Marketing VP, you will own the EMEA Account Based Marketing (ABM) program for named and tiered accounts, building a repeatable engine that drives account engagement, pipeline creation, and pipeline acceleration.
