Auto Trader UK
• Cover the South of England, including Southampton, Bournemouth, Portsmouth • Act as a trusted business partner and face of Autotrader across the region • Support independent customers and identify new business opportunities • Understand customers' objectives and advise on achieving them • Work closely with stakeholders across the customers' business and Autotrader • Use Autotrader data and insights to influence decision-making and drive digital performance • Educate customers on digital products to support growth and efficiency • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular engagement • Collaborate with stakeholders across Autotrader and other Partnerships Managers
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B account management, consultative business partner OR Customer Success type role or similar
- Track record of achieving commercial KPIs, including driving revenue growth, product adoption, and retention
- Strong commercial acumen - able to spot growth opportunities and mitigate risk through effective questioning and listening
- Confidence communicating with a range of customers and influencing decisions
- Experience turning data and insight into actionable recommendations
- Confidence in contributing to continuous improvement by sharing best practices and customer feedback internally
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Passion for customer success and digital transformation
- Strong collaborator, working closely with the wider team to share insights and drive better outcomes for our customers
- Ability to pivot in a fast-paced environment
