Key Account Manager – Large Photovoltaic Projects
B&W Energy GmbH & Co.KG
• Identifying and acquiring potential customers for large photovoltaic projects • Acting as the main point of contact for prospects and addressing their requirements for an optimal photovoltaic system — from initial contact through to contract completion • Conducting price negotiations and being responsible for revenue planning • Site assessment, planning and costing as well as preparing proposals/quotations • Developing and implementing innovative sales strategies • Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships.
Job Requirements
- Completed commercial or technical qualification
- At least three years of professional experience in technical sales, ideally in photovoltaic systems or electrical installations
- Valid driver's license (Class B)
- Customer-oriented approach combined with strong communication skills
- Confident presence and negotiation skills
- Structured working style and a high degree of independence

• Manage and deepen relationships with WorkMotion’s global Employer of Record (EOR) partner/supplier network, which allows us to compliantly employ talents in countries. • Assist internal WorkMotion teams with partner escalations, stepping in directly to resolve operational, high-impact, or high-risk escalations, ensuring service continuity, consistency, and accountability across the network. • Act as the central point of contact for all partner-related matters, coordinating between partners and internal WorkMotion teams regarding escalations, operational shifts, and strategic initiatives. • Measure and evaluate partner performance, driving consistency and improvements across service quality, responsiveness, knowledge, compliance, and data quality. • Prepare and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key partners. • Own commercial outcomes, including pricing negotiation strategy and partner profitability margin performance. • Find and establish new collaboration opportunities and synergies with new and existing partners/suppliers across the entire global WorkMotion network. • Work closely with Operations, Payroll, Finance, and Legal teams to make sure how we work with partners translates into a great experience for our clients and their employees. • Maintain and update partner documents, records, and data to ensure accuracy and audit-readiness. • Identify and mitigate risks, inefficiencies, or gaps in our partner management systems and internal processes.
• Lead and support a team of underwriters, including training, coaching, and performance management • Review new and renewal submissions for eligibility, pricing, and coverage terms • Provide guidance and support to team members on underwriting decisions and processes • Communicate underwriting decisions and rationale to brokers and agents • Maintain relationships with brokers, agents, and carrier or syndicate partners • Ensure adherence to underwriting guidelines and compliance requirements • Support communication of underwriting appetite and program guidelines to brokerage partners • Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback to team members • Support onboarding and development of underwriting staff • Assist with departmental operations and workflow coordination • Support consistent underwriting practices to contribute to program performance • Required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned
• Serve as the main point of contact and advocate for assigned partners. • Build multi-level relationships—from frontline managers to executives. • Lead strategic discussions, business reviews, and feedback sessions. • Ensure SLAs and contractual obligations are met. • Partner with Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering to resolve issues. • Coordinate internal resources to meet partner needs and drive success. • Relay partner feedback to inform product and service improvements. • Maintain deep knowledge of NiCE CX products and partner use cases. • Assist with configurations, architecture design, and process modeling. • Stay current on contact center technologies and industry trends. • Monitor billing accuracy and contract compliance. • Conduct audits, issue credits, and resolve discrepancies. • Track usage trends and identify anomalies. • Provide timely updates on releases, issues, and changes. • Lead and document meetings and communications. • Manage escalations calmly and effectively. • Ensure partners are trained on product capabilities and updates. • Promote best practices and internal advocacy for partner needs. • Identify inefficiencies and contribute to process enhancements. • Mentor peers and support turnaround of struggling accounts. • Uphold NiCE CX’s Code of Ethics and model professionalism.
