Job Description
Account Director
Rock Kitchen Harris
• As an Account Director with a focus on client delivery you're someone who thrives on bringing clarity, consistency, and confidence to how we deliver work across our client portfolio. • This role will be working closely on a housebuilder account, so experience within the housebuilding sector, or a closely related industry such as property, construction, or real estate, is required. • You’ll oversee delivery across key accounts, ensuring work is consistently high-quality, well-managed, and aligned to client expectations. • You’ll act as a senior point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships while supporting the wider team to deliver with confidence. • You’ll set the standard for what “good” looks like, guiding Account Managers and Senior Account Managers, helping them navigate challenges, and creating a sense of clarity and control across the team. • You’ll bring a calm, solutions-focused approach, particularly when things get complex. • You’ll spot issues early, step in when needed, and ensure both clients and teams feel supported throughout. • This is a role for someone who enjoys responsibility, takes pride in high standards, and knows how to bring people together to deliver their best work.
Job Requirements
- You’re someone who leads with confidence and clarity.
- You’re comfortable owning senior client relationships and stepping into challenging situations, always bringing a calm, solutions-focused mindset.

- You understand what good looks like, and you know how to get there.
- You’re highly organised, able to manage complexity across multiple accounts, and skilled at keeping work moving while maintaining quality.
- You’re a natural collaborator who works well across teams, bringing the right people together at the right time.
- You understand how different disciplines contribute to great work and ensure teams are aligned and working effectively.
- You take ownership not just of your accounts, but of the wider team’s success.
- You support others, share knowledge, and help build confidence across the department.
- You bring high standards, but no ego.
- You lead with humility, communicate clearly, and build trust through consistency and action.
- You’ll have significant experience in an agency environment, with a strong track record of managing complex accounts and delivering high-quality work.
- You’ll need to hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car, as travel will be required as part of the role.
Benefits
- There is a real buzz, excitement and a family feel about our agency and all 70 of us are passionate about what we do.

- We frequently organise meetups to get together, share pictures of our pets and kids, and have that all important face time with colleagues and friends.
- Above all, after a fulfilling day’s work, people log off with a smile on their face. Looking after each other is what we’re really proud of.
- Competitive salary based on your experience
- Flexibility to work remotely
- 20 days annual leave and 8 days national bank holidays plus extra time around Christmas (based on full time working hours)
