As an Account Manager at RKH you're someone who’s confident, driven, and ready to take ownership of client relationships and delivery. At RKH, we’re proudly independent and built differently. We move fast, think clearly, and focus on what really matters; creating work that connects with people and delivers real impact. That means being proactive, collaborative, and always focused on outcomes over output. This role will be working closely on a housebuilder account, so experience within the housebuilding sector, or a closely related industry such as property, construction, or real estate, is required. As an Account Manager, you’ll be the day-to-day lead across your accounts. You’ll manage projects from brief through to delivery, working closely with internal teams to ensure everything is delivered on time, on brief, and to a high standard. You’ll build strong relationships with your clients, becoming someone they trust to keep things moving, solve problems, and add value. A typical day might involve leading client conversations, writing clear and actionable briefs, managing timelines and budgets, and keeping multiple workstreams on track. You’ll be expected to spot opportunities, think ahead, and bring solutions (not just updates). But as with everything at RKH, this role is about more than delivery. It’s about how you show up. We’re looking for someone who brings energy to a team, builds strong relationships, and contributes positively to the people around them. Someone who’s not afraid to challenge thinking, ask questions, and push for better. You’ll also play an important role in supporting and developing Account Executives, helping them learn, grow, and build confidence in their roles.

Role Description As an Account Director with a focus on client delivery, you're someone who thrives on bringing clarity, consistency, and confidence to how we deliver work across our client portfolio. This role will be working closely on a housebuilder account, so experience within the housebuilding sector, or a closely related industry such as property, construction, or real estate, is required. As an Account Director focusing on Client Delivery, you’ll play a critical role in making that happen: - Oversee delivery across key accounts, ensuring work is consistently high-quality, well-managed, and aligned to client expectations. - Act as a senior point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships while supporting the wider team. - Set the standard for what “good” looks like, guiding Account Managers and Senior Account Managers. - Help navigate challenges and create a sense of clarity and control across the team. - Bring a calm, solutions-focused approach, particularly when things get complex. - Spot issues early, step in when needed, and ensure both clients and teams feel supported throughout. This is a role for someone who enjoys responsibility, takes pride in high standards, and knows how to bring people together to deliver their best work. - Lead with confidence and clarity. - Comfortable owning senior client relationships and stepping into challenging situations. - Strong delivery instincts and understanding of what good looks like. - Highly organised, able to manage complexity across multiple accounts. - Skilled at keeping work moving while maintaining quality. - A natural collaborator who works well across teams. - Take ownership of the wider team’s success, supporting others and sharing knowledge. - Bring high standards, but no ego; lead with humility and communicate clearly. You’ll have significant experience in an agency environment, with a strong track record of managing complex accounts and delivering high-quality work. Above all, you bring the right mindset: accountable, collaborative, and committed to doing great work with great people. You’ll need to hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car, as travel will be required as part of the role. Benefits - Competitive salary based on your experience. - Flexibility to work remotely. - 20 days annual leave and 8 days national bank holidays plus extra time around Christmas (based on full-time working hours). - Your birthday off. - Time off to volunteer for local charities to make a difference. - A big good old messy Christmas party and a mid-year summer party (all expenses paid). - Whatever computer, software, books, and other materials you might need. - A healthy budget for whatever training, conferences, and other qualifications you might be interested in taking. - Regular team social activities - think crazy golf, bowling, going out for drinks and a curry.
