• Customer Onboarding & Deployment: Partner with customers to design and implement secure deployments of our AI security solutions, ensuring seamless integration into their environments (cloud, on-prem, or hybrid). • Technical Guidance & Iteration: Provide expert technical consultation on infrastructure, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud networking. Help customers rapidly iterate and adopt best practices for secure AI operations. • Customer Success Ownership: Act as the primary technical point of contact post-sale, ensuring customers derive ongoing value, achieve their security objectives, and successfully scale their deployments. • Troubleshooting & Optimization: Diagnose and resolve customer issues, optimize configurations, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement. • Enablement & Training: Deliver hands-on workshops, training sessions, and technical documentation to empower customer teams to be self-sufficient with our products. • Feedback Loop: Capture customer feedback and collaborate with product management, engineering, and research teams to inform roadmap priorities and product enhancements.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in a post-sales, customer success, or solutions engineering role (AI, security, or cloud-based products preferred).
- Strong experience with Docker and containerized workloads; familiarity with Kubernetes is highly desirable.
- Hands-on cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including cloud networking concepts and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Python programming experience required; familiarity with AI/ML workflows (LangChain, LangGraph, MLOps tools) is a plus.
- Skilled at troubleshooting technical issues and guiding customers through iterative solution design.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and passionate about helping customers succeed.

Role Description We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect specializing in Configure Price Quote (CPQ) and Billing/Revenue Management solutions. This role is fully focused on post-sales delivery: owning solution design, implementation leadership, and ensuring customers realize value from our platform. As the Solution Architect, you will: - Lead discovery, translate business requirements into scalable solution designs, guide configuration and integration, and serve as the technical expert throughout implementation. - Collaborate closely with customers, project managers, and technical teams to deliver complex CPQ and billing solutions that support pricing, quoting, subscription billing, usage/rating, and revenue recognition. - Work in a high-growth environment where processes evolve and priorities shift as we scale.
