Role Description Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking Polish-Speaking GenAI Content Trust and Safety Experts to join our innovative team in Greece. This role is crucial for ensuring that AI-generated content meets safety, ethical, and regulatory standards. You will be responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and mitigating risks associated with generative AI content in the Polish language, helping maintain a secure and trustworthy digital environment. - Monitor and review AI-generated content in Polish to identify harmful, misleading, or non-compliant material. - Ensure compliance with trust and safety policies and regulations related to GenAI content. - Collaborate with AI developers, policy makers, and moderation teams to improve content safety protocols. - Develop strategies to maintain content accuracy, safety, and ethical compliance. - Analyze trends and provide reports on content safety issues and emerging risks. - Engage with stakeholders to promote responsible AI usage and awareness.
