Role Description TransPerfect Connect (TPC) is looking for German<>English<>Spanish Trilingual candidates at all levels with demonstrated experience utilizing their Trilingual skills in a professional setting. We will train you to start your career path as an Over the Phone Interpreter. - Fluency in German, English, and Spanish. - Aspire to be a fantastic advocate for our end clients. - Deliver superior consecutive interpretations. - Assist clients in real-time through Over-The-Phone and Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) services. • Engage prospects online through social media outlets. • Navigating corporate structures to ascertain who the buyers and decision maker are. • Work to schedule introductory calls with qualified leads. • Manage, track and report daily prospecting and lead generation activities to the Manager, Business Development. • Take appropriate action to forward the lead if an opportunity is identified for another sales area.
• Processing ‘Calls for Help’ received from the community you are supporting. • Becoming familiarized with the games you support, so you can best resolve these ‘Calls for Help’. • Remaining up to date with changes in workflows, policies and gameplay. • Becoming highly skilled in the use of various ticketing and social media platforms. • Getting creative in finding solutions encountered on a day-to-day basis. • Assisting with reporting by tracking data on a form or spreadsheet. • Supporting your managers with ad-hoc tasks. • Reaching Key Performance Indicators such as Productivity, Quality, and Player Satisfaction. • Enforcing community rules and treating everyone fairly in the context of the game. • Reporting on any issues or trends found in the game.
• Verify that lists, tables, and general formatting are styled correctly. • Ensure all content is typo-free, including metadata. • Confirm text matches the approved source, checking live pages against AEM staging. • Review translated text to ensure it fits seamlessly within CTAs, headers, and navigation components. • Check that all media (images, videos) display correctly and are visible. • Flag any inconsistencies or errors found between the live site and the AEM page.
• Serve as the primary legal authority during the training and fine-tuning of AI models, ensuring all outputs adhere to legal standards and correct terminology • Develop knowledge bases, legal taxonomies, and ontologies that reflect multi-jurisdictional standards and complex legal hierarchies • Annotate, label, and validate datasets with specific legal knowledge (e.g., case law citations, statutory interpretations, and contractual clauses) • Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to design training data strategies and prompt engineering techniques specifically tailored for legal reasoning and drafting • Provide expert feedback on model outputs, identifying 'hallucinations,' legal inaccuracies, or ambiguities to improve the model’s reliability in high-stakes environments • Partner with product teams to align AI capabilities with legal objectives, such as reducing discovery timelines or automating risk assessment • Stay current with emerging trends in LegalTech and AI-related regulations to ensure ethical and compliant model implementation
• Participate in early-access testing programs for AI-powered productivity and collaboration features. • Test experimental functionalities using your personal email account and related digital tools. • Document observations, report bugs, and provide feedback on usability, performance, and functionality. • Follow project guidelines and confidentiality requirements during all testing activities. • Stay current with updates and changes to the platforms and features being evaluated.
• Export content from Storyline courses to Synthesia courses • Prepare scripts for Synthesia videos • Generate videos in bulk using templates • Upload, test and deploy finished courses
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with state practice acts, plan of care, and company policies • Help optimize functional mobility, independence, and quality of life for members of the aging population • Accurately complete all required documentation in a timely manner • Participate in required orientations, staff meetings, and in-service education • In collaboration with the Director of Rehabilitation, develop robust therapy program • Provide clinical supervision to Therapy Assistants as indicated • Follow all infection control procedures and OBRA Resident Rights Guidelines • Demonstrate sound clinical judgment and effectively prioritize patient care • Support compliance with all state and federal regulations • Perform duties that may involve moderate to heavy physical demands • Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned
• Identify, isolate, document, and fix any localization / linguistic issues and verify fixes by using test tools or databases. • Follow and complete Test Cases / Checklists to perform targeted testing and execute relevant testing processes and procedures. • Write bug descriptions based on company standards and client specifications. • Apply knowledge of user preferences in Target Market to influence the client’s product. • Proactively look for gaps in test coverage. • Collaborate with partner teams in testing the product. • Offer constructive feedback on gameplay, fun factor, and game balance based on knowledge of target market. • Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for the role.
