Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in sustainability, environmental science, engineering, business, economics, data analytics, or a related field. - 1–3 years of relevant experience in sustainability, emissions accounting, data analysis, logistics, transportation, or consulting (internship or project‑based experience acceptable). - Familiarity with greenhouse gas accounting concepts, particularly Scope 3 emissions, is strongly preferred. Requirements - Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with structured datasets and perform scenario analysis. - High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, scenario modeling); familiarity with BI or data visualization tools is a plus. - Ability to clearly document assumptions, methodologies, and data limitations. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into clear, practical insights. - Comfort working cross‑functionally and managing inputs from multiple stakeholders. - Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with transport emissions frameworks (GLEC Framework, ISO 14083) or emissions tools (e.g., EcoTransIT or similar). - Exposure to sustainable fuels, low‑carbon transport solutions, or lifecycle assessment concepts. - Experience supporting commercial or customer‑facing teams with analytical or sustainability insights. Language Skills - Fluent in English (oral and written). Computer Literacy - Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Benefits - Comprehensive package of health benefits including medical, prescription, dental, vision, and life insurance. - Flexible and health spending accounts. - Short and long-term disability coverage. - Wellness resources to support overall well-being. - 401(k) plan with company-matching contributions up to 5%. - Generous paid time off, paid holidays, and additional floating holidays.
