• Build a clear understanding of our audience by leading how we gather insight about senior decision-makers across our brands • Turn inputs into clear, usable insights that translate research and observations into clear insights tied to decisions • Lead insight-driven content and research to create outputs that demonstrate our authority and drive audience growth • Measure performance and make recommendations that drive audience growth, defining how we measure the performance of insight-driven content and experiences • Build a repeatable system for insight by establishing a consistent pipeline from input to insight to output, incorporating partner-driven insights into ongoing workflows

• Edit full-length podcast episodes for visual and audio clarity, pacing, and narrative flow • Produce short-form, platform-specific content for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, and other channels • Apply advanced techniques: sound mixing, motion graphics, captioning, transitions, and color correction • Work with producers and hosts to shape editorial direction and identify high-impact segments • Maintain consistent workflows across Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Pro Tools, or equivalent tools • Optimize assets for SEO, thumbnails, and metadata to boost reach and discoverability • Interpret platform analytics to adjust content strategy and increase retention and engagement • Translate technical B2B topics into visually accessible content that performs with a professional audience • Manage overlapping projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, remote team setting • Deliver feedback-informed revisions and contribute to evolving best practices

• Write new clinical content in several formats for point-of-care tools. • Keep library of current clinical content up to date and relevant • Take initiative to identify areas of potential product development • Make decisions in consultation with the Section Editor that affect larger groups and more junior team members • Serve as content specialist within specific content domain(s), facilitate topic enhancement and development, perform systematic literature surveillance, and regularly review content collection • Support culture of teamwork and writer development through effective editing and feedback • Maintain quality of content and participate in quality initiatives • Project co-manage/co-lead editorial tasks/initiatives as required with Section Editor or Editor-in-Chief • Other duties as assigned by supervisor

• Edit and proofread executive correspondence and reports • Ensure compliance with DoD writing standards and formats • Conduct research and fact-checking • Draft and refine leadership communications • Maintain quality control for all outgoing documentation • Assist with SOPs, manuals, and official publications
