• Edit full-length podcast episodes for visual and audio clarity, pacing, and narrative flow • Produce short-form, platform-specific content for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, and other channels • Apply advanced techniques: sound mixing, motion graphics, captioning, transitions, and color correction • Work with producers and hosts to shape editorial direction and identify high-impact segments • Maintain consistent workflows across Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Pro Tools, or equivalent tools • Optimize assets for SEO, thumbnails, and metadata to boost reach and discoverability • Interpret platform analytics to adjust content strategy and increase retention and engagement • Translate technical B2B topics into visually accessible content that performs with a professional audience • Manage overlapping projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, remote team setting • Deliver feedback-informed revisions and contribute to evolving best practices
Job Requirements
- Strong portfolio of short-form and podcast-to-video content with demonstrable performance metrics
- Mastery of video and audio editing tools: Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, Audition, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, etc.
- Deep understanding of digital storytelling, pacing, and platform-specific content strategies
- Experience editing for professional or B2B audiences with a clear sense of tone, clarity, and polish
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with content teams, SMEs, and marketers
- High attention to detail, with a process-driven approach and strong organizational skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, platforms, and creative challenges
- Availability to work during U.S. business hours and meet EST-aligned deadlines
