• Provide advisory and analytical support to senior military and civilian leadership • Analyze complex issues and present findings in clear, concise formats • Develop and deliver briefings for executive-level stakeholders • Support and improve business processes across the organization • Track, manage, and prioritize tasks using enterprise tracking systems (e.g., ETS) • Exercise sound judgment and decision-making in the absence of formal guidance • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information • Adapt to evolving organizational structures and mission requirements

• Lead and manage multiple DoD software development projects simultaneously. • Develop, maintain, and update Program/Project Management documentation including: Project Management Plans, Work Breakdown Structures, Risk Management plans, Integrated Master Schedules, meeting agendas and meeting minutes. • Apply Agile Framework methodologies, including user story development, backlog management, sprint execution, prioritization and adaptive planning to accommodate evolving requirements. • Oversee and coordinate activities of cross-functional project team members, including software developers, engineers, and support personnel. • Utilize ServiceNow to support project tracking, workflow management task assignments and reporting. • Review and approve project deliverables to ensure technical accuracy, completeness, and compliance with DoD standards and contractual requirements.

• Support DCSA by analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and developing documentation to improve operational efficiency • Work closely with stakeholders to identify needs, create workflows, and support IT modernization initiatives • Develop process documentation, training materials, workflows, and procedural guides • Conduct business process analysis and identify improvement opportunities • Manage Six Sigma projects using DMAIC methodology • Create metrics, templates, and tools for process improvement • Utilize ServiceNow for business process tracking and reporting
